Maori doll (Dollightful collaboration)

I made this maori inspired doll, and her palm tree stand, as an entry to a big doll and toy custom collaboration organized by Dollightful, a great doll customiser. "Tropical" was the main theme.

  • Doll custom on a (c) Barbie Fashionistas doll, plus a handmade custom stand.
  • Doll made from fabric, beads, and rafia. Handpainted with acrylic paint, posca, dry pastels and watercolour pencils. Stand made from cardboard, paper, natural clay and polymer clay. Handpainted with acrylic paint, dry pastels and watercolour pencils
