Jenna Pan's events
31/10/2019 - Halloween day (Villeneuve d'Ascq, France)
This year I decided to celebrate Halloween by making my own demon bride costume, and wearing it all day at the photography shop I'm currently working at.
The initiative was very successful! Some people got scared (only adults for some reason ...) but in the end most customers just enjoyed it a lot! Children came for some sweets, and parents ended up taking pictures of them with "the witch", which wasn't expected! Everyone was pleased.
10/08/2019 - Dollightful's big tropical collaboration
Aloha! To celebrate summer, the youtuber and doll artist Dollightful (@dollightfully) decided to organize a big youtube collab! Any doll maker, whether beginner or experienced could take part in this lovely event. No contest, no winner or loser, the idea was to create an online showcase for makers who wished to display their work. The only instruction was to make a tropical-themed customized doll (or toy). The iniative was welcomed with a lot of succes, as 4000 creations were submitted! The showcase video is a bit long (1 hour) but I think Katherine didn't expect her idea to be so popular.

11/05/2019 - End of the year party at Lille's japanese association
The Japanese Association in Lille (France) organised a party with its members to celebrate the end of the year. People from every class did a short presentation of what they did during the year. For this special occasion my class invented a short story for children that we turned it into a puppet show. I designed paper puppets.
The story was about a cunning fox who was starving. When he saw pigeons on a tree, he thought they could make a great feast ! However he had no clue about how to reach them. To do so he visited his neighbourd, an owl, and told him gossips that the pigeons supposedly said about him. Furious, the owl went to the pigeons to teach them a lesson, but he realised the fox lied ! Together they decided to play a trick on the fox to punish him.

17/04/2019 - Animation of an easter workshop
To celebrate Easter 2019, the trading union of northern Villeneuve d'Ascq (France) organized an egg painting workshop I animated.
Children painted some lovely eggs, and the child who painted the best looking egg won a giant chocolate rabbit!
Everyone had a lot of fun, including staff members. We all went back home with some chocolate.
Thanks to Photo Express for the gorgeous pictures!

These puppets were used for workshops with children from 5 to 10.
